Remarks: 1. A medium conference is one in which the number of attendees is between 20 and 50 (to include 50). A conference with more than 50 people is a large conference, and a conference with 20 people or less is a small conference. 2. The working time of each interpreter shall be 8 hours/day/person, less than 4 hours shall be counted as half a day,, and more than 4 hours, but less than 8 hours shall be counted as one day. If a telephone interpretation is less than half an hour, it will be counted as half an hour. 3. For each extra hour of overtime, 150% of the unit price will be charged. 4. For interpretation services performed within the Fifth Ring Road of Beijing, the client shall be responsible for the cost of lunch for the interpreter. For interpretation services performed outside the Fifth Ring Road or suburban counties of Beijing, the client shall be responsible for the cost of transportation, meals, and all necessary accommodation of the interpreter. For out-of-town travel, the client shall be responsible for the cost of transportation, accommodation, and personal safety of the interpreter. 5. Consecutive interpretation must be reserved 2-3 working days in advance. 6. The above quotation is for reference.
